Strategic Priorities 2013-2014

In 2012, WTA’s board and staff embarked on a six-month process to establish strategic priorities. Using surveys, focus groups and one-on-one meetings, we engaged members, volunteers, community partners, land managers, and leaders in the hiking community and asked them what areas WTA should focus on in the next two years.

That process lead to a set of strategic priorities guiding our work in 2013 and 2014.
