what is trailhead direct?
Trailhead Direct is a shuttle service offered by King County Metro and King County Parks, along with help from local nonprofit partners like WTA. Thanks to a service partnership with the Seattle Department of Transportation, Trailhead Direct is expanding by providing transit van service from South Seattle and Capitol Hill. The goal of the shuttle is to reduce vehicle congestion at popular trailheads as well as ensuring more equitable access and transportation to trails in the area. Currently, the shuttle services the Issaquah Alps, Mount Si and Teneriffe, and Mailbox Peak. Get more info and schedules.
