Savory Tuna Salad
If you prefer a heartier lunch than a protein bar, try this simple no-cook tuna salad on your next outing.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 2.6-ounce packets of tuna in oil
- 1/2 cup sliced drained black olives
- 2 tbsp drained capers
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 2 sticks string cheese
- 2 flour tortillas
Optional: ripe grape tomatoes
DIRECTIONS

Open the tuna packets and shake into a freezer bag with the olives, capers, and spices.

Slice or shred the cheese and add in, using a long handled spoon to combine.

Divide mix between your bread of choice or eat out of the bag.
