Grand Canyon Burritos

You don't need to be in the southwest to enjoy this filling burrito recipe, just don't forget the hot sauce!

5 minutes / 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 diced barbequed chicken breast
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups minute rice

Optional: hot sauce packets, cilantro, avocado, pickled onion

Boil 3 1/2 cups water, then add the bean/chicken mixture.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the rice, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed.

Warm tortillas by placing them on top of the mixture
