Curry Rice

Try this flavorful curry recipe. There’s plenty of room to make it your own!

PREP TIME / COOK TIME

5 minutes / 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS 

  • 2/3 cup instant rice
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated meat or tofu
  • 1/4 cup roasted cashews or peanuts
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated mixed vegetables
  • 2 tsp bouillon cubes

 

DIRECTIONS

Pack all ingredients in a zip-top bag.

When ready, add 1 1/2 cups of boiling water; seal and let sit for 10 minutes.

Massage the bag a few times to redistribute water and ingredients. Enjoy!
