Chicken Curry

Pre-packaged sauce mix makes this an excellent time-saving meal. Use your favorite type of meat (or tofu!) to personalize this dish.

5 minutes / 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Knorr Curry Sauce Mix
  • powdered milk
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1 can chicken meat
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins

Optional: fresh cilantro, slivered almonds, chutney

Directions

Add couscous to boiling water and let sit until hydrated (5 minutes or so)

Prepare curry sauce according to directions, and add dehydrated veggies, spices, raisins, and chicken.

Serve sauce over couscous, and top with almonds, cilantro or chutney (if using).
