INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup dry milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch or potato starch
- pinch of salt

Add 1 cup boiling water slowly to the mix, stirring well.
