Peanut Butter & Apple Oatmeal
Powdered peanut butter saves the day when it comes to your morning cup of oatmeal. Throw in some fresh apple to take this meal over the top.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 apple, diced
Optional: almonds, nutmeg
DIRECTIONS

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

Pour boiling water over bowl with oatmeal, and let sit for 3-5 minutes.

Mix in powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, and sugar, and top with diced apple.
