Hiking Saska Peak

The route to Saska Peak is a Class 3 and involves exposed scrambling. Gear and experience is recommended.

Saska Peak is the third-highest peak in the North Entiat River region of the Chelan Mountains, outranked only by the nearby Emerald and Cardinal Peaks. Saska Peak is the easiest to reach of the three, involving only a short scramble off of the pass. There are several possible approaches to reach Saska Peak, though the most direct route begins at the North Fork Entiat trailhead.
