This short and sweet trail starts 0.3 miles east on the service road past Newhalem Creek Campground loops C & D, just past the steel-grated Newhalem Creek Bridge.
The very short path is wheelchair accessible, only 1000 feet long and gently graded. As you walk along, you'll see 1,400 year old hunting camp sheltered by a large boulder along side Newhalem Creek. Interpretive signs and benches dot the way, in between moss and lichen that line the path.
WTA Pro Tip: It is possible to connect to the Linking Trail from Newhalem Creek Campground for a 1 mile roundtrip hike. However, this add-on is not necessarily entirely wheelchair friendly.
