Less than a mile, this is a delightful connector trail between LeBar Horse Camp and the South Skokomish River Trail. The junction between the trails is in an old growth area and more old growth is visible along this trail. Only about 50-100ft elevation gain. Continue reading

Getting There

From Shelton travel north on US Highway 101 for 6 miles and turn west onto the Skokomish Valley Road. Travel 5.3 miles, then turn right onto Forest Service Road #23 and drive 9.0 miles to Forest Service Road #2353. Turn right onto Forest Service Road #2353 and drive 3/4 mile. After crossing the river, turn left and at 0.2 mile you'll see the South Fork Skokomish River trailhead. Continue 0.4 mile to the LeBar trailhead across from Lebar Horse Camp.
