These gardens are owned and operated by a non-profit who is dedicated to the maintenance of both the gardens and a historic house. Visitors can wander the paths and enjoy the tapestry of trees and flowers as well as marvel at the John Stanger home, which was built in 1867.
The arboretum is located just up from the shores of the Columbia River. Volunteers regularly work to keep the grounds looking great and open to visitors.

Getting There
From I-5: Take exit 1A. After 0.7 mile from the exit, merge onto WA-14 for another 3.8 miles. Take exit 4 for Lieser Road. Shortly after exiting take the first right onto SE 88th Ave. for a few hundred feet, then turn left onto SE Evergreen Highway for 0.3 mile, then you will arrive at the arboretum on your right. Look for the sign facing the road.
