Hiking Hatchery Creek

This rough trail climbs continuously and steeply through the high country of the cascades. 3 miles in, it links up with the Badlands trail, and further on, 6.5 miles from the trailhead, you'll arrive at the junction with Icicle Ridge trail.

Backpackers mainly use this trail to access Lake Augusta, or create large, long backpacking trips in the summer once the high country has melted out.
