Hiking Blankenship Lakes

While some of the areas on your ascent might sound daunting (Mosquito Valley, anyone?), the destination is well worth the hike. Pass through Blankenship Meadow on the way to the trio of lakes that make for a great destination. However, the trail network here is extensive and it's easy to continue your hike to the Sand Ridge Trail and beyond if you feel like adding a challenge.
