Beaver Marsh Loop

Beaver Marsh Park is a 32-acre forested city-owned natural area in Vancouver bisected by Burnt Bridge Creek. The level 0.65-mile trail crosses the creek twice as it loops through the park.

This urban trail is short but it could be combined with walking in the adjacent residential neighborhood for more distance. 

The level trail loops through moist Douglas-fir forest adjacent to Burnt Bridge Creek with a surprising array of native wildflowers in the understory, including hundreds of Western Trilliums covering the forest floor in April.

Since the trail is on the edge of a riparian area, it would also be a good place for birding and looking for other wildlife. There are two benches along the loop to pause and soak in the peaceful surroundings.
